Our Story

Hi! My name is Barry, and I am the Founder and CEO of Where NeXt?! I was sick of my 9-5, or I should say 9-9 corporate lifestyle. It just wasn't for me. So in 2015, I left my job, sold my crap, packed my bags, and flew to Europe to start my first epic adventure. All this was thanks to my good friend Shawn, who started the Where NeXt? brand with me. He kept talking about all these amazing sights he planned to see while we sat at work. I, of course, would google it and just be amazed by these sights that I have never seen or even known about. That was when I knew I had to join him! Since 2015, I have been to over 100 Countries and all 7 Continents, and I continue to explore more yearly!

Ever since we began traveling, people have been extremely interested in how we do it, wishing they could have a life of adventure as well. More importantly, they always want to know the best places to see, and where they should go.

This is how our company Where Ne❌t? began. We wanted to create a community of like-minded people who are traveling, will be traveling, or wish they could travel. From the experienced vagabond to the I want to go somewhere someday person, we want to help everyone see what our world has to offer because it is amazing! Let's be honest, there is no best place to go. Everywhere is special in its own way.

From here, I have expanded our company with Where Ne❌t? Retreats. We collaborate with your favorite hosts to manage the most epic retreats in Bali, Indonesia. We can manage any retreat the host wants to hold.

I then built the best retreat center in Bali; Oasis by Where Ne❌t?. With all the amenities you will ever need for your next retreat or event. With rice field views, lush landscapes, and surrounding Balinese Temples, Oasis is perfectly located just 3 minutes from the beach in central Canggu, tucked away from all the chaos. You will truly feel like you are in your own Oasis.

I want to show you how easy it is to travel the world and open your mind to new sights, vivid sounds, and incredible tastes. You will learn that a little culture shock is a good thing.
